    Bow and arrows are bad and horrible. No one uses it almost none because of hitboxes of mobs and expensive crafting of other variant arrows. My idea to rework for the bow and arrows is to buff their stats by slightly.

    For the bow – reduce its reload time to shoot another arrow.

    For the arrows – either 1. buff their damage or 2. increase damage based on a size mob or both.

    1. all arrow damage 10 -> 15 dmg (expect tnt and telep. arrows).

    2. damage multipliers 2x, 1.5x, 1x. Smaller mobs will take 2x damage from arrows – passive mobs,  Medium mobs will take 1.5x damage – hostile and neutral mobs and large mobs will take the normal damage – Mini bosses and bosses.

    Also for the arrows. Reduce its cost to craft by adding more arrows (like the fire arrows where you get 10 fire arrows from just one material).

    I think I agree on the less expensive crafting recipes, however iirc isnt arrow damage able to be buffed by stat points like guns and every other weapon type(I think this is also followed by bow range, but i feel like it could maybe have less stats to distribute points in if you decide to main bows)? I think the base damage could be buffed but I feel like the damage multipliers offered would be better implemented through arrows doing diff elemental damage. Maybe an alternative way to keep bows relevant through the game is to all add different bows instead of solely arrows. Like maybe a greatbow that does more initial damage(good for big initial damage) or a special bow that allows firing of multiple arrows at once (good for bursts of damage and status effects)?

    Crossbows would be a good idea to add too than adding different variant of bows.

    I agree, i feel like some more variety of bows/crossbows, arrows, and also guns and bullets could help encourage the use of more playstyles than the magic staff meta. I also think your ideas on the new arrow types were good too.

    Remove the fire effects on blocks when shooting a fire or tnt arrows.

    The alchemist should drop a bow, poison, magic, fire and normal arrows when killed.

    • We need arrows to be crafted in groups of 10, it’s meant to be a game not a real life simulation of (1 feather=1 arrow) so that way we focus on the game itself not the constant crafting needed for it. We don’t even get exp for crafting!
